By accessing and using this website [www.jakeowens.com], you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service, viewing content, or contacting Jake Owens Photography.

Jake Owens Photography provides professional photography services and digital image delivery. Services include but are not limited to:

• Event, concert, and sports photography
   
• Digital galleries and photo delivery
   
• Brand and promotional photo services
   

No physical goods are sold through this website.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as agreed upon. Full payment is required before digital images are delivered unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Accepted payment methods include: cash, credit card, PayPal, and Venmo.

Final images will be delivered digitally via private gallery links, cloud storage, or direct file transfer within the agreed timeframe. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images.

Due to the custom nature of photography services and the delivery of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

That said, Jake Owens Photography is committed to quality and client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your photos, we encourage you to reach out within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, offer editing revisions or rescheduling (when applicable).

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• Jake Owens Photography retains full copyright to all images.
   
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered images for personal or agreed-upon promotional use.
   
• Commercial usage by third parties (e.g., sponsors, publications, or artists) must be separately negotiated and licensed.
   
• Image credit to “Jake Owens Photography” is appreciated and encouraged for all public use.
   

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Weather or unforeseen circumstances will be handled fairly and with flexibility.

All content on this site—including text, images, and graphics—is the property of Jake Owens Photography and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission.

Jake Owens Photography will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, photography services, or digital products, including missed events, data loss, or technical issues beyond our control.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
